1. Be Generous to Yourself
The most important thing is to be generous to yourself. Communication with self is as important as communication with others because communication with self eventually affects how we interact with the world. Don’t be too harsh to yourself. It is only when you are generous to yourself that you will be able to bring peace to your body and mind, become happy and achieve what you want to achieve. They are all connected.
2. Have a Conditionally Flexible Mindset
Even though flexibility is often regarded as a good trait and it is a good trait, it is not ideal to always be very flexible. It is often better to have a solid mindset at most of the times and only alter some elements of your mindset as needed by the changes in circumstances.
