Imagination is an extremely powerful tool.

 

Just like how large wounds do not readily heal by themselves, a large psychological wound requires active healing process.

 

One of the most effective ways to heal your injured mind is to use the power of imagination.

 

If you are afraid of failure, imagine that a ball of light inside you protects you from all sorts of failure.

 

If you are afraid of interacting with other people, imagine that a ball of light inside you is protecting you so that no one can hurt you.

 

If you are afraid of making a speech in front of a large audience, imagine that bright light is radiating from you when you are making the speech.

 

While the imagined ball of light or bright light may not be visible to you or other people, the imagination will surely help you to find inner peace.
