Expend 80% of Your Energy For Yourself, The Remaining 20% For Success

Whenever we do things, we expend energy.

A change in energy is in essence the force, so whenever we do something and expend energy, we end up exerting force on our surroundings. I would like to call the force the Psyche Force.

While invisible to our eyes, the Psyche Force may be visualized as a 3-dimensional vector.

Whenever we observe things, think and act, we exert Psyche Force on our surroundings.

Since Psyche Force is a vector, it has both magnitude and direction. If so, where should we direct the force towards?

My recommendation is, exert 80% of your daily Psyche Force on yourself, and the remaining 20% on achieving objective goals.

The objective goals would include doing well on your exams, earning money, getting famous et cetera.

If you obsess with objective goals, your mind will start to separate from your body, and the detachment often will not get you any closer to your goals.
