1: Comico
This is the platform that I use the most. Has a vast library of manga books. You can also download the comico application on your iphone to read the manga wherever you go. While some platforms prohibit people living outside of Japan from purchasing their products, comico does not have such regulation.
2: Cmoa
Also has the vast library of manga books.
