How To Deal With People Who Hate You

General Solution:

It is of utmost importance to first check if the aggressors have any form of personality disorder. For instance, a person with narcissistic personality disorder can be unreasonably harsh on other people. Therefore, if it seems like the person acting aggressively towards you has at least one or more personality disorders, you should detach yourself from that person as promptly as possible to prevent any avoidable damage. Getting them to develop more healthy social habits would be a job of extensively trained mental health professionals, not you.

If You Are The Source Of The Problem

If you listen to whatever the person who hates you is saying and it sounds reasonable, you can take the advice to fix your weaknesses. However, if the relationship doesn’t improve even after showing improvement, you should just remind yourself that you are not destined to be friends with that person and move on to more important things.

Ignore and Dismiss Any Unreasonable Claims

There’s no point in listening to illogical and unreasonable claims. Most of them are extremely biased, unnecessarily insulting and useless overall. Therefore, the best strategy would be to simply ignore them and take them as a sound no more intellectual than the chirping sound of a bird.

The key point is to show self-confidence. Self-confidence is revealed more by your posture and physique than what you say. Stop slouching and make sure you are standing straight and proud. That will make a difference.

Moreover, it is ideal to not appear hurt by any aggressive or rude remark. Many aggressors feed on those signs of emotional injury. They get more energetic and powerful when they see that they managed to hurt the person in front of them. Do not let the aggressors know your emotional response. Stay calm and always remember that you are probably much smarter than your foe. Most smart people do not blatantly attack other people without solid logic or reason, so if you discover one actually doing that, you can assure yourself that your enemy is not that strong.
